Laura Geller Perfectly Pink Collection

I've been a huge fan of Laura Geller for the longest time, I've had the 'Pink Buttercream' blusher compact in my collection for longer than I can remember. For a long time Laura Geller was really difficult to get hold of here in the UK, but now it's readily available at Debenhams and Escentual. Her products seem to ooze sophistication, they are packaged beautifully and they are stunning to use.

There are tons of gift sets to choose from this year, there really is something for everyone. So if you're looking for a makeup gift for a beauty fan, I honestly think that Laura Geller is a really good place to start. So for today's blog post, I thought I'd walk you through the contents of one of the best sets I've seen this year.

The Laura Geller Perfectly Pink Collection* is packed full with SIX items of gorgeous Laura Geller makeup, from mascara, to blusher, to lipstick and even a brush to apply it all!

Baked Gelato Vivid Swirl Blush in 'Rosewater'
I'm so excited to see this in the box as I've used the highlighter from the same range and it's the type of thing that dreams are made of. There are five different shades available of this blusher, and 'Rosewater' is a classic pink shade. The Baked Gelato Blush, has a beautiful cream-to powder formula which adds pigmentation and a beautiful glow to your cheeks. I love that the blusher is packaged in a black compact with a clear lid, as it lets the beauty of this product shine through. The Baked Gelato blushers normally retail for £21 here

Baked Balance N Brighten Foundation in 'Medium'
The Balance N Brighten Foundation is an exquisite marbled powder. It has a semi-matte formula, which aims to perfect the skin, with it's illuminating and colour-correcting pigments. It aims to give you coverage, whilst giving your skin that "glowing from within" finish. You can wear the powder on it's own, or you can use it over your normal foundation for that extra coverage without the cakey finish. The Balance N Brighten Foundation normally retails for £26 here

The Color Brilliance Lipsticks are actually hard to come by in the UK, but are readily available in the USA. These lipsticks are really lightweight and they come packaged in a slimline tube. Laura Geller says that the lipstick brings creamy colour with a pearl finish. They actually have Coconut Oil inside, which makes them perfect for soothing and adding moisture at this time of year. The Color Brilliance Lipsticks retail for $21

The Spackle primers get some rave reviews and there are TONS of different formulas to choose from. The Spackle Neutralizer Color-Correcting Under Make-Up Primer (what a name!) is a lightweight base, suitable for all skin types. The formula is oil-free and it's packed with pigments that colour correct your skin. The peach colour aims to neutralise imperfections (dullness, veins and freckles) to give a flawless finish. Spackle Color-Correcting Under Makeup Primer normally retails for £24 here

The Laura Geller Beauty StyleLASH Intense Lengthening Mascara promises "flutter-worthy lashes". This unique formula dramatically extends your lashes, without leaving them crispy, or flakey. The formula has Bamboo Extract, Rice Bran Wax, Vitamin E and Panthenol. The StyleLASH Intense Lengthening Mascara normally retails for £19.

Laura Geller Brush
The last item in the box is a super soft brush, which applies the Balance N Brighten Foundation like a dream. It's got a clear brush handle, with a silver shaft which holds the brown bristles. The brush is super soft and it's a great size, it fits in my travel makeup bag with ease!

The Laura Geller Perfectly Pink Collection is exclusive to Debenhams and it retails for £45 (here). I think £45 initially seems like quite a lot of money, but when you add up the normal retail price of all these products, the total passes £100. So when you look at the contents, the quality and the performance of the products, I think it's well worth it.
