The Graphik Collection from Clarins | Autumn Winter 2017

There is always something so special and pretty about Clarins makeup. The packaging is always so pretty and the formulations inside are pretty damn good too. The good news is that the new Autumn/Winter collection doesn’t disappoint! It’s called the ‘Graphik Collection’ thanks to its focus on graphic lines, but it doesn’t stop there! Let’s take a look at what you can expect from Clarins this Autumn…

Ombre Matte Eyeshadow* (£19)
If you’ve followed my blog for a little while, you might remember a rave review of the Clarins Ombre Matte Eyeshadow. They are a really lovely, innovative cream-to-powder formula, which means you get the comfort of a cream formulation, but with the quality and hold of a powder formula. They arrive in a Clarins red box and inside you’re greeted with a glass tub, finished with a gold lid and a white Clarins logo. It feels really fancy and the formula inside just tops off the experience! For Autumn/Winter Clarins have created the shade Midnight Blue (shade 10) which is a rich iridescent midnight blue shade. It’s one of those colours that everyone needs in their collection, as it effortlessly creates a sultry smoky eye.

Blush Prodige* (£27)
I think the new shade of Blush Prodige is quite frankly my favourite piece from the collection. First of all, let’s talk about that packaging! A premium gold compact houses the gorgeous blush and it’s enough to give you a little heart flutter. When you lift the gold lid, you spot the blusher straight away, which has been embossed with some simple line details to bring it to life. The embossed Clarins logo just brings the whole thing together – it’s almost a shame to spoil it! The Autumn/Winter shade is called Golden Pink (shade 09) and it’s the ultimate perfection for creating a “healthy glow” as it’s a flattering golden-pink blush, in a ultra-silky, lightweight texture.

Lipliner Pencil* (£17.50)
Moving on to lips we have two lovely products and the first is the Lipliner Pencil. This is a lovely blend, which has been enriched with jojoba oil. This makes the pencil super soft, meaning you can get a really smooth application and help hold your lipstick in place. The pencils arrive in coloured packaging, which makes the colour inside and has gold details in the writing, lid and end of the pencil. I have the shade Red (shade 06) and it will be perfect for bridging our way towards Christmas.

The Graphik Ink Liner* (£21)
Let’s take a look at the star of the show – the Graphik Ink Liner – which Clarins claim is their stroke of genius! As you can see in the swatches below, this is a jet black eyeliner, which is technically carbon black, allowing it capture the light and promote deeper, more intense colour in one stroke. It arrives in the classic Clarins red packaging and inside you find a glossy black pen packaging. When you flick off the lid you find a soft, tapered, felt tip – it’s quite small which means you can deliver a precise and accurate line. The Graphik Ink Liner is available in one shade (01 intense black).

Joli Rouge Lipstick* (£20)
Last but certainly not least we have the Joli Rouge Lipstick, which is another beauty! The packaging is gold all over and is finished with the classic Clarins ‘c’ on a bevelled edge. As you twirl up the lipstick you can spot the gorgeous bullet inside, which is finished with the Clarins logo embossed into the colour. The lipstick is a blend of shimmer and colour pigments, which creates a high-shine lipstick. There are three autumn perfect shades for Autumn/Winter and they all are enriched with organic marsh samphire extract and mango oil to give softer, smoother and fuller-looking lips. I have the shade Deep Red (shade 754) which matches the lipliner almost perfectly!

This full collection will be available from August and I highly recommend checking it out! Let me know in the comments below which is your favourite product!
