This series is dedicated to breaking news of the beauty world, where most Thursday’s I bring you all the exciting news featuring; beauty and lifestyle news, events, discounts, and even a bit of fashion news thrown in too! This week I have some exciting new makeup to show you, let’s dive in…

Paul & Joe Beauté 15th Anniversary
Paul & Joe certainly know how to celebrate their beauty birthday in style! They’ve just realised an exciting new range of iconic cat-themed beauty products. The collection includes a gold-embellished vanity box, which houses a cat shaped pouch to store all your Paul & Joe products, as well as the limited edition cat shaped Lipstick, Face & Eye Colour and portable case. I think Paul & Joe fans will go particularly mad for the Face & Eye Colour, which includes six different shades, shaped as individual cats – it’s so damn cute! The collection will retail for £55 and it will be available this month!

New highlighter palettes from Smashbox
Smashbox have collaborated with highlighting guru and YouTube star Casey Holmes, to release the Spotlight Palette. The Spotlight Palette is available in two different colour hues (Pearl and Gold), with each palette housing three velvety smooth, blendable highlighters. In each of the palettes there are two shimmer-finish shades and one mega sparkle shade, which really takes strobing to a whole new level. You can wear each shade alone or layer together to build your ultimate glow. The palettes are available right now and they cost £26 each!

Crabtree & Evelyn have announced the launch of their new La Source collection, which has been designed to nurture your skin and soothe your senses. The collection has been inspired by the sea, featuring two new products and a wealth of powerful marine ingredients. There are four Marine Blends in the range – each blend is formulated with the hero ingredient (Green Seaweed Extract) plus another specific Marine-Based ingredient.
