Nip + Fab Makeup

I’m pretty sure that as soon as I saw the news about Nip + Fab Makeup I let out a little squeal! I’m a huge fan of Nip + Fab and their range of skincare never lets me down! Nip + Fab is actually the sister brand of Rodial, who have the most incredible makeup line, so I knew that this collection wouldn’t let me down! The new collection is pretty large, featuring everything from foundation, lipsticks, colour correctors and an array of palettes. I have four pretty things to show you, so let’s dive in and take a look!

Contour Palette* (£15 here)
Nip + Fab are never one to shy away from a trend, so there is no surprise that they’ve added contour palettes to their makeup collection. This is quite a big palette and it’s packed with six round pans which hold the contour hues. There are three different palettes which cater for all different skintones. I have the shade ‘light’ which has three lighter shades and three more contour hues. All the shades are completely matte, so they are perfect for enhancing and defining the skin. The shades are pigmented, blendable and it really is all you need for taking contouring to the next level. I’ve swatched all the shades for you below!

Highlight Palette in Stroboscopic* (£15 here)
There’s no surprise that I was stupidly excited about the highlighting palette! It’s exactly the same packaging as the pretty contour palettes, but this time the shades are replaced with strobing heaven. The Stroboscopic palette has three cooler tones and three warmer hues, so matter what look you’re looking to create, this palette will have you covered! Whether you want to add shimmer to the brow brow, cheekbones or cupids bow – these powders are highly pigmented, blend beautifully and will leave you looking like a glowing goddess. I’ve swatched all the shades for you below!

Liquid Lipstick in Pink Lemonade* (£8.95 here)
If you’re looking for a liquid lipstick which goes on like a dream, lasts really well, doesn’t flake and doesn’t go patchy – look no further! It arrives in a clear tube which lets the colour of the lipstick shine through and you apply the shade with a classic doe foot applicator. ‘Pink Lemonade’ is a very natural, almost 90’s hue which is perfectly matte and lasts really well on the lips. It’s really pigmented too – once you try these you’re going to want all 10 shades!

Foundation in #10* (£12.95 here)
The final product I’ve been trying is the Foundation (my shade is #10). There are only 10 different shades, but they do cover a big array of skintones. There is also a foundation lightener and darkener incase you need to mix your perfect shade. This foundation has been created to recreate “photoshopped skin”, aiming to give you a flawless selfie. It’s a very lightweight liquid meaning that it offers a very natural finish on the skin, while still offering lots of coverage. I’m really impressed with this! This last swatch shows the pretty Pink Lemonade Liquid Lipstick and the Foundation shade #10.

I have to say that these four products are really impressive and have surpassed my expectations! It won’t be long before I add some more products to my collection, y’know purely for testing purposes! The whole collection is available from the Nip + Fab website and Superdrug – I’ve seen so pictures of some pretty impressive stands!
