Fresh Means Power | Clinique Fresh Pressed Collection

The new Fresh Pressed collection from Clinique is taking the beauty world a little bit by storm. It’s pretty hard to find the corner of the internet that isn’t talking about the exciting new innovation from Clinique. Fresh Pressed is a new 7-day system that has been created with Pure Vitamin C. It’s designed to be the answer of de-ageing for those of us who are just a little bit impatient. Clinique say that their two new products will allow you to recapture your younger looking skin, with fresh, potent Vitamin C.

The Fresh Pressed collection is designed to be treated as a two stage routine. You start the routine by cleansing with the first of the two new products is the Clinique Fresh Pressed Renewing Powder Cleanser*. The powder cleanser is formulated wit Pure Vitamin C and you activate the ultra-fine powder with water. You simply pour the powder into a wet hand and then add the water, working the powder into lather. You gentle massage the cleanser into the skin and leave on for one minute to capture the potency of pure Vitamin C. After rinse the product from your face, you’re left with skin that feels healthier, younger-looking skin – straight from the first application. It’s a non-stripping formula, which is gentle enough for daily use, gently encouraging the skin’s natural cellular renewal process – leaving the skin looking awakened and brighter.

The powder cleanser is packaged in Innovative, single-use sachets, which have been designed to protect the potency of the Vitamin C, this means you get the purest formula in each and every dose. On top of the Vitamin C, there is also Kaolin Clay (which is known for its natural purifying properties) and there is also Salicylic Acid (which works as an exfoliant to break apart dead surface skin cells and excess oil).

The second stage in the routine is the Clinique Fresh Pressed Daily Booster with Pure Vitamin C 10%*. This second step has been designed as a simple way to reinvigorate your de-ageing skin care routine. Clinique liken this product to your morning juice – a super-potent system which has been designed as a daily supplement to visibly rejuvenate skin. The Clinique Fresh Pressed System harnesses the full power of pure Vitamin C, at a high 10% concentration. As Vitamin C naturally degrades over time, Clinique have created innovative packaging which isolates the pure Vitamin C until activation. This means that the Vitamin C maintains its freshness (and full power) delivering results in just 7 days.

To use the Daily Booster, you simply activate the booster - just press the button to release the pure Vitamin C. Then you shake the product to mix the Vitamin C, together with the de-ageing soothing emulsion. Now you use the concoction as a daily supplement - simply mix 2 drops with your favourite moisturiser, morning and night. The product has been designed to deliver staggering results in just 7 days – delivering even skin tone, retextured, brighter and more radiant skin. Clinique say that with continued use, you’ll find that skin starts to become firmer, smoother and with visibly diminished lines and wrinkles.

If I go back to my first comment in this post – it’s easy to see why this new collection is taking the world by storm. The Fresh Pressed Collection is innovative and has taught the public a little bit more about the importance of Vitamin C. I love the results I’ve seen on my skin, but I also love that both these products are perfect for travelling. I can’t help but think about how little space these beauties will take up in my travel toiletries bag. The new collection is available right now from Clinique counters and the Clinique website. The Fresh Pressed Daily Booster includes four 8.5ml weekly shots and retails for £58. The Fresh Pressed Renewing Powder Cleanser with Pure Vitamin C, includes 28 sachets and retails for £24.
