Lush Valentine's Day Collection 2018

If you remember the 'Naked' theme for Lush's Christmas collection, it's probably no surprise to you that it's back from Valentine's Day - after all, the two kinda go hand-in-hand. The entirety of Lush's 2018 Valentine's range is completely free packaging, meaning that you save money on your products, leaving more room for beautiful, high quality ingredients. With all the lovely gifts that are bought around Valentine's Day, it's no surprise that bundles of plastic and non-recyclable wrapping materials make their way into landfill at this time of year. So, why not do your bit and opt for a gift that is a little bit more eco-friendly? Of course, being Lush, the products are, well - Lush! They are just as cool, quirky and cute, just with less packaging to hide behind! Let's take a look at some of the bits I've picked out!

Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar* (£4.50 each)
Unicorn's may not be a real thing (although I argue it's not been proven yet), but with the Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar you can unleash your inner Unicorn. This lovely bubble bar includes a mix of Lavender Oil (for it's calming properties) and Neroli Oil (which increases serotionin levels in the brain and helps lift our mood). They are both packaged in a lustre-filled bar, which resembles your very own Unicorn Corn, leaving you feeling calm and the bath filled with bubbles!

Love Boat Bath Bomb* (£4.25 each)
My personal favourite product this year is the Love Boat Bath Bomb, could this actually be any cuter?! As you would have guessed, it's shaped like a boat, finished in pretty pinks and blue shades. It uses a blend of Sicilian Lemon Oil (a lovely uplifting citrus scent), Organic Sweet Orange Oil (which is lovely and refreshing) and Rose Oil (perfect for balancing the mind) - together they make a perfect trio for ultimate relaxation. For me, there's something super cute (and childish) about putting a little boat in the bath, it looks super sweet as it floats around! 

In Your Dreams Gift* (£11.75)
Now, if you love the Love Boat Bath Bomb and the Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar, this In Your Dreams Gift is for you! It's the perfect bath combination - whilst the Love Boat Bath Bomb lifts your spirit with Sicilian Lemon, the Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar will swirl in the water, leaving the scent of lavender oil behind!

Tender Is The Night Naked Shower Cream* (£14.50 each)
The Naked Shower Gels were one of my favourite items from the Christmas Collection, so I'm chuffed they've bought this back for Valentine's Day. Yes, this is a Shower Cream product but completely without the packaging and it's utterly genius! Tender Is The Night includes an amazing blend of Jasmine Flower Infusion, Ylang Ylang Oil, Fair Trade Shea Butter and Vanilla Absolute - which is lovely and seducing, but also a gorgeous blend to leave skin feeling soft. 

Kiss Me Quick Wash Card* (£2 each)
I've never seen anything quite like the Kiss Me Quick Wash Card, but I think it's very clever. Shaped like a pair of lips, to deliver a big kiss of fragrance - which includes a blend of Clove Bud Oil, Mimosa Absolute, Fresh Apple Pulp and Tonka Absolute. It's fruity, floral and sweet, all at the same time! As you run the Kiss Me Quick Wash Card in water, it creates a glorious lather, which is perfect for spicing up your next bath or shower. 

Cherryish Body Scrub* (£7.95 each)
Another one of my favourites this year is the Cherryish Body Scrub - purely as I have a new found obsession for body scrubs and this one is beaut! As you can imagine, this is the perfect blend of organic cocoa butter and fine sea salt, combined with beautiful ground cherry stones. As you stroke this over wet skin, it uses the sea salt and ground cherry stones combination, to give you a double exfoliation. It also uses Almond essential oil and Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, to leave your skin feeling softer than ever - of course, it also smells DIVINE!
