Morris & Co | The Latest Collection From Heathcote & Ivory
Heathcote & Ivory have been making gifts since 1990 and today still remain as a British, family owned business. Their aim is to sell gifts that look and feel very special, bringing new collections to life every year. Their latest collection is called Morris & Co – inspired by William Morris who created rooms with honesty and simplicity, bringing pretty patterns to life. Heathcote & Ivory have bought the new collection to life, using his expertly executed patterns and combining them with sea salt and sandalwood fragrances. Let’s take a little look at some of the new gifts.
Each of the gifts use the iconic designs of Morris in a very neutral palette. So every gift is very pretty, yet very simple and white. Let’s start off with the Hand Care Trilogy* (£17), which arrives in white patterned box, presented with a clear piece of plastic that lets you see the products inside. Inside the box you get a Hand Cream (100ml), a Hand Scrub (40ml) and a Cuticle Cream (30ml). All of the products have been designed to be as useful and beautiful as possible. Using essential oils of bergamot and extracts of thistle, silver birch, kelp and luffa fruit powder.
Next we have The Collection* (£22) which arrives in a gorgeous tin, which has been intricately embossed and designed to fit perfectly into a modern home. Inside the lovely tin, you get a lovely Hand Cream (100ml), a Shower Cream (200ml) and a Body Lotion (50ml). They all have lovely rich formulations, which is perfect for the colder months!
The last thing I have to show you is the Hand Cream Library* (£22). This is one of my favourite pieces from the whole collection (which includes a lot more than these three gifts). The Hand Cream Library arrives in a grey cardboard box which has white details all over it. The box is held in place with a magnet, which you just unravel to reveal all the lovely hand creams inside. There are six hand creams in the box, which just feel so lovely and luxurious!
