It’s been ages since I’ve properly played with bareMinerals products, so I was really impressed when these goodies arrived! They all are packaged in glossy black boxes, each one finished with simple white text. It feels elegant and it feels classic – everything you’d expect from a lovely premium brand. Inside each of the boxes you’ll find the three different formulations I mentioned, but I love that they all have similarities, making them feel like a ‘set’. All of the products have a matte black tube, each again finished with the bareMinerals logo.
The first of the formulations is the Luxe-Shine Lipstick*, which I have in two pretty (and very different shades). As the name suggests, these lipsticks offer a high-impact shine, but they don’t slip of slide on the lips. Each shade is bold and highly pigmented, whilst still feeling weightless. They are even infused with moisturising botanicals, which offers a lovely smooth application. The two shades I have here are Elite* (which is a rich nude hue) and Frenchie* (which is an extravagant pop of pink) – both lovely!
Next up we have the Matte Liquid Lipcolour*, which are packaged with the matte black lid, with a clear tube that lets the colour shine through. What I loved about these is that they were matte as soon as they were swatched, you didn’t have to wait a year to see how they dried down! As you can imagine, these are again very pigmented – offering a long-wearing finish which is still creamy, smooth and ultra-moisturising.
The last new formulation is the Under Over Lip Liner*, which has been designed to be your perfect companion! I love the name of this and the whole concept behind it – either use it before your lip colour to help prolong wear and prevent feathering or after for extra definition.
