The Clinique x Crayola Chubby Lip Crayon Box offers you the chance to try all the shades, at a bargain price. They arrive in a sturdy box, designed to look just like the Crayola crayons we all know and love. Flip up the lid and reveal all eight shades, stacked delicately inside, with super handy labels to help you find your way.
Just like the Crayola crayons, the handy names give you a very good indication of the colour of the balm. There is also a mix of formulations, so whether you like strong pigmentation, or a sheer of wash of colour, there is something for you! The set includes: Brick Red (Chubby Stick Intense), Wild Strawberry, Mango Tango, Melon, Mauvelous, Pink Sherbert, Fuzzy Wuzzy (Chubby Stick Intense) and Red Violet (Chubby Stick Intense). The Chubby Sticks have been given a bit of a spruce up too, sporting packaging which has been made to look like individual Crayola crayons – which are super cute! As with the original Chubby Stick formula, the Crayola crayons feature a formula enriched with mango and shea butter, which provides a moisturising, glossy tint.
As I mentioned, the Clinique x Crayola Chubby Lip Crayon Box features eight of the balms, which are a generous 1.2g each (which is just under half the full size). The box of eight crayons retails for £35, so when you bare in mind that the full sized crayons retail for £17 each (and seem to last a lifetime) these smaller crayons are an absolute bargain. This is a must-have for any Chubby Stick fan and it’s a great way to try out the shades if you’re new to the brand.
