This latest recipe is a Mango, Coconut and Passion Fruit
smoothie, it’s definitely the healthiest recipe I’ve shared for a little while.
The good news is however, that it’s just as simple as the others!
First of all, you just grab yourself some frozen mango – we
buy a big bag of mangos from Sainsburys. However, if you can’t find the frozen
version, you just cut up a fresh mango and freeze it yourself. Next you want to
find yourself a passion fruit, cut it in half and scoop the insides into a mini
sieve. Push the passion fruit juice through the sieve into your blender, so
you’re just left with the seeds. Then add in some Coconut Milk, add as much or
as little as you like. More milk makes a thinner smoothie and adding less milk
makes a thicker smoothie.
If you’re making this as a breakfast smoothie, you can add
in some oats, which makes it thicker and also makes it a bit more filling.
Blend and serve!
