Another beautiful sample from WIMH arrived not so long ago, a fragrance sample from Bond No.9.
This one is Bond No.9 Central Park West;
This one is Bond No.9 Central Park West;
"Central Park West, A legendary, grand-scale address with a
grand-scale front yard deserves an eau de parfum to match. A springtime
wakeup call: Narcissus mingled with tangy ylang ylang and a pinch of
piquant pepper. A beckoning white-petal mélange— orris, jasmine, and
linden—and majestic gardenia."
I really love the sample packaging, it seems all the Bond samples come in this kind of sweet wrapping which is really cute. The scent is far to sweet for me, maybe it calms down after wearing it on the skin for a little while, but the notes are;
- Top notes: narcissus, ylang ylang and black pepper
- Middle notes: gardenia, jasmine, citrus-like linden and orris
- Bottom: vetiver, musk, white oak and treemoss
The full size bottle has a removable pink rose which can be worn as a bracelet or brooch. This is an uber sweet floral perfume has a painful price tag! £215 for a 100ml bottle. In fact, if that's too cheap for your deep pockets, you can get a bottle encrusted with Swarovski diamonds which will set you back £350! I'm not entirely sure I'll ever have that kind of money to spend on perfume, but worth a sniff if you're looking for a treat!
